This person is known professionally as a coach. Frank is a Breakthrough Coach, helping clients live their lives at a completely different level of joy, balance and passion!

Coaching is a powerful alliance designed to forward and enhance the lifelong process of learning, effectiveness, joy and fulfillment.

Frank is trained to help people to optimize their performance and deepen their satisfaction of life.

Frank moves people from potential to achievement, to be peak performers and fully alive.

Coaching is a professional alliance that empowers both personal and professional success.

In the coaching relationship, you and I form a powerful alliance for YOUR benefit. Unlike other professional alliances such as therapy or consulting, YOU agree to grant power to the coaching alliance rather than to me, your coach.

You and I are powerful participants on a team that is committed to enhancing your learning and forwarding your progress toward your goals or vision. Granting the alliance power means that you are a full partner in this alliance. The client is expected to be consistently mindful of what s/he needs and requests that from the coach. It is this agreement that makes the collaboration so potent.

Coaching is a professional client-centered relationship. As such, you, the client are the primary focus of the coaching relationship. This relationship is unique in that you are perceived by both parties to be creative, resourceful and whole.

I see you as having the innate expertise and willingness needed to achieve success. My role is to allow you to discover/redicover the fire to easily and excitedly attain your goals and provide on-going clarity, focus and support during this process.

A coach is hired to facilitate you in getting what the you want in life. That is your agenda. My purpose is always to facilitate YOUR agenda. This is perhaps the most powerful aspect of  coaching. It requires a mindfully selfless attitude from me. Few other relationships include this attitude as a basic tenet. Holding the client’s agenda offers the client a depth of support that is seldom experienced elsewhere.

Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation) there is one elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans:

That the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one’s favour all manner of unforeseen instances and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamed would have come his way. I have learned a deep respect for one of Goethe’s couplets:

“Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it.
Boldness has genius, power and magic in it.”
