To hear an interview about Live It! This was taped June 3rd, 2012
“Congratulations Frank ! I am midway through the book…very inspirational!”
“What I loved about Live-It! was that you provide the practical ways of dealing with our thoughts. It wasn’t one of these “you just have to do this” books. Rather you walk the reader step by step through the practical exercises of alternative action. I loved it.
Your book is a manual – something to keep at your bedside. It’s not a book that you just read once and that’s it. Read and re-read a million times … a perfect companion to listening to the Kehoe mp3′s.
I felt lucky to have been on your list of people to send this book to. It’s a winner and if you need a rave review then I’m happy to provide it.
This week I really noticed a shift towards joy. I felt good. My heart stopped aching because of the loss of my brother. I felt at peace. I know that this information in your book is seeping into my soul. It’s like silver polish and I’m getting shiny from the inside out. I’m glowing.
I’ve reread it now a second time and I got even more out of it, this book has so much depth.

I enjoyed reading Live It! from cover to cover. It has given me insight to the practices that I believe will help me create a life that I know I want and deserve. I thought that Live It! was written for me, I could grasp every idea and concept. The exercises at the end of each chapter helped me to discover my “What” and “Why” and allowed me to realize my own true potential. Furthermore it reinforced that what I had been true to myself but in order to be fully true to myself I had to be authentic with everyone not be selective about it. The reaction I encountered by being my authentic self was far better than I had anticipated. I think that this is a book that everyone should read at least once. Rabia P.

Hi Sir ! before i say anything about the book i would just want to say that you are a great person seriously you motivate me every day , in other words you are my role model ! its great to have a teacher like you who know how the world is outside and exactly knows how to deal with things when it happens to us with you ways of explanations. in this one month i learned so much from you not just business but life and how we should actually see it and its been a change for me totally ! i just came like a month back from india and its just been a month in canada for me, but your teaching and the way you make it feel in class feels like home seriously ! anyhow i never got a chance to tell you this in class because i could never get the right time to say all this but now i do so yeah i speaking my heart out , the book is like a guide for me it made me strong in ways , its made me think different and most of all its tells me that i should live it because as you say “its not a practice life” so “LIVE IT” and thats what i have always been doing but now in a much more positive way , specially towards my goals and plans in life.
And its a very touching book for me specially when things were falling apart for you , its show that you stood strong at times and faced it in the right way and today where you standing is all because you loved what you do thats why !
well i am not done reading yet ( as i am a very slow reader )but its great seriously ! GOOD JOB SIR
Live It! is really inspirational and useful information. For example, Activity #4 illustrates how you must give up something in order to gain another; in life there is always a trade-off and we must accept this in order to be at peace with what is. And also, you touched on an important point by mentioning that sadly most people confuse ‘maturity’ with rigidity and basically taking oneself too seriously. This is a great example of living according to other people’s expectations…a definite regret at the end of the line. Mind you, this stuff is easier said than done, but knowing is the first step in implementing any kind of change.

I was just thinking about you and the book. I am eager to turn to the next page. I changed to what I thought I should be to fit in and it always backfired. I am now authentic me and what a relief. I love your container theory. I have the child’s container.
I have given myself away for 20 years. I look in my container and it looked totally empty. I always put it off for doing something for myself to another day. After reading that part in your book it really hit home I have forgotten me for 20 years and got the biggest wake up call ever. So I have put a few me things that I forgot I liked in my container now.
Frank, I have really enjoyed reading your book. I have experienced many positive changes. Bucket is filling nicely. Best book I have ever read. I told someone this book is the best so throw out the rest. I threw out the rest.
I found this book very concise and interesting. It focus’ on the power that each of us is capable of possessing within. It’s interesting to see that some of us can tap into this force and will use it to better themselves and how others who are close minded and have too many “stumps” and maybe they seem outwardly to be even more capable but yet fail to achieve the success they could have if they let go of what is holding them back.
It is a very compelling read! With each chapter I felt more in control of my life and back on my path.
The exercises really put things back into perspective again. The issues that have always plagued me were brought back to the surface ie : The wheel and the ratings
The real life stories at the start of the chapters inspired me, the fact that they were REAL and could be related to.
This book helped me feel good again, hopeful and empowered! The greatest thing I got from this book were the tools you have given me which helped me feel aligned with the universe and my path in this life. Chapter 7 (vision boards) gave me the vision and Chapter 9 (finding your life’s purpose) really fed my soul.
I enjoyed coming up with my life purpose statement. When I am in doubt and feeling insecure at work, I am reminded of why I became a nurse, and that all great things require great love and passion. My Life Purpose Statement I created:
“I am a great healer of mind, body and spirit. Love conquers all”
I would highly recommend this book! I have read other books on empowerment and am a fan of Anthony Robbins, Wayne Dyer, Marie Diamond, Dalai Lama to name a few and found your book to have a bit of everything! It was Authentic, Empowering, Engaging and flowed easily.
I will not say “Take Care” anymore but have an Awesome day!!!!! :):) Ashlee F.
